Forgiveness is key!

From this morning’s Bible reading:

Luke 6:37
“Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven.”

I have said for years that refusing to forgive someone is like drinking poison, then waiting for the other person to die.

Bitterness and anger eat at us like a cancer, poisoning us and the relationships we have with others. It even hurts relationships with people who haven’t hurt us. We suffer needlessly.

Take a moment and ask God to reveal any unforgiveness you may harbor against anyone. Then forgive them. The joy and freedom that comes from having a free heart is priceless!
