Jesus did not leave the glory of Heaven to come down here and be a king. He could have, but he didn’t. Jesus came to the earth to be like one of us. If he had been a king, how could I relate to that? I’ve never been a king, had servants, or ruled a kingdom. But I’ve been a common guy my whole life.
